ALL WORK SHALL BE ACCOMPLISHED FROM UPLAND ON THE APPLICANTS PROPERTY. THE DOCK SECTIONS ARE INSTALLED BY HAND. 5. THE WORK LIMIT SHALL BE MAINTAINED TO INSURE MINIMAL ACTIVITY IN THE THE EXISTING CONSTRUCTION AREA WITH MINIMAL ACTIVITY OCCURRING BEYOND THE WORK LIMIT. EQUIPMENT SHALL BE STORED ON THE APPLICANT'S PROPERTY WHEN NOT IN USE. 6. ALL AREAS DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE RETURNED TO THEIR PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONDITION. ALL WORK SHALL BE INSPECTED .BY SHOREFRONT CONSULTING AND RECEIVE APPROVAL BEFORE REMOVING EQUIPMENT FROM THE SITE. 7. THE ACCESS ROUTE AND WORK SITE SHALL BE CLEANED AND RESTORED TO RESEMBLE THE PRE -CONSTRUCTION CONTOURS AND CONDITIONS. 8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN A COPY OF THE ORDER OF CONDITIONS ISSUED FOR THE PROJECT BY THE YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY WORK. 9. ALL TIMBER USED FOR STRUCTURAL FRAMING (ABOVE THE WATER LINE) SHALL BE PRESSURE TREATED, ACQ, OR EQUAL AS APPROVED BY OWNER OR SHOREFRONT CONSULTING. ALL DECKING MATERIAL SHALL BE 2"x6" WITH 1/2" SPACING BETWEEN DECK BOARDS. 10. ALL HARDWARE SHALL BE GALVANIZED OR STAINLESS STEEL, UNLESS OTHERWISE APPROVED BY THE APPLICANT OR SHOREFRONT CONSULTING. 11. (3) 4'x10' SECTIONS MAKE UP THE DOCK. IN THE OFF-SEASON AND DURING THE WINTER MONTHS, THE DOCK SECTIONS SHALL BE STORED UPLAND OF THE VEGETATED BUFFER. 12. THE PROPOSED RETAINING WALL SHALL BE 2 FEET HIGH, WITH A TOP ELEVATION OF 28.5 FEET. APPROXIMATELY 50 CUBIC YARDS OF CLEAN FILL SHALL BE USED TO LEVEL THE BACK YARD FROM THE 28' CONTOUR. THERE SHALL BE A 2 -FOOT WIDE VEGETATED BUFFER STRIP DIRECTLY LANDWARD OF THE PROPOSED RETAINING WALL. 13. THE PROPOSED PATIO SHALL BE PERVIOUS. 14.
