SOCK/ SILT FENCE) IN LOCATIONS SHOWN ON PLAN. EROSION CONTROL BARRIER TO
REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL PROJECT IS COMPLETE AND ALL DISTURBED AREAS HAVE
REESTABLISHED VEGETATION. EROSION CONTROL BARRIERS TO BE MAINTAINED BY
CONTRACTOR THROUGHOUT CONSTRUCTION.
2. LOCATIONS OF WATER, SEWER, TELEPHONE, ELECTRIC, OR GAS LINES ARE
APPROXIMATE AND FOR REFERENCE ONLY. CONTRACTOR SHALL INSPECT SITE AND
FOLLOW ALL DIG SAFE MARKINGS. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ALL UTILITIES PRIOR TO
EXCAVATION. EXISTING SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM SHOWN PER BOH RECORD PLAN.
CONTRACTOR TO CONFIRM SYSTEM LOCATION. VEHICLES SHOULD NOT BE DRIVEN OVER
SYSTEM UNLESS CONTRACTOR HAS CONFIRMED THAT ALL COMPONENTS ARE H-20
RATED.
3. SITE TO BE ACCESSED VIA THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY. ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
ARE TO BE STORED ON THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY.
4. DURING CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR EROSION
CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF OFF SITE AND ON SITE DRAINAGE STRUCTURES UN11L
COMPLETION OF SITEWORK AND ESTABLISHMENT OF STABILIZED VEGETATIVE GROUND
COVER.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PRACTICE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING MEASURES DURING THE
DAY TO DAY OPERATION AT THE SITE. THE SITE SHOULD BE POLICED DAILY TO
REMOVE ANY UTTER OR DEBRIS.
6. TEMPORARY SOIL MATERIAL STOCKPILES SHALL BE SURROUNDED WITH SEDIMENT
BARRIER ON THE DOWNGRADIENT SIDE TO PREVENT DISCHARGE OF SEDIMENT FROM
SITE. MATERIAL STOCKPILES THAT AREIN PLACE FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME
SHALL BE STABILIZED WITH VEGETATION, MULCHING, EROSION CONTROL BLANKETS, AND
OTHER MEASURES THAT ARE NECESSARY TO PREVENT THE DISCHARGE OF SEDIMENT
FROM THE PROJECT SITE.
7. IF SEDIMENT ESCAPES THE CONSTRUCTION SITE, OFF-SITE ACCUMULATIONS OF
SEDIMENT MUST BE REMOVED AT A FREQUENCY SUFFICIENT TO MINIMIZE OFF-SITE
IMPACTS.
8. UTTER, CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS, AND CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS THAT COULD BE
EXPOSED TO STORM WATER MUST BE PREVENTED FROM BECOMING A POLLUTANT
SOURCE.
9. STABILIZATION MEASURES MUST BE INITIATED AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE IN
PORTIONS OF THE SITE WHERE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES HAVE TEMPORARILY CEASED,
BUT IN NO CASE MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY IN THAT
PORTION OF OF THE SITE HAS TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY CEASED.
1. WHERE STABILIZATION BY THE 14TH DAY IS PRECLUDED BY SNOW COVER OR
FROZEN GROUND CONDITIONS, STABILIZATION MEASURES MUST BE INITITIATED
AS SOON AS PRACTICABLE.
2. WHERE CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY ON A PORTION OF THE SITE IS TEMPORARILY
CEASED, AND EARTH DISTURBING ACTIVITIES WILL BE RESUMED WITHIN 14 DAYS,
TEMPORARY STABILIZATION MEASURES DO NOT HAVE TO BE INITIATED ON THAT
POR11ON OF THE SITE.
10. UPON COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, ALL DISTURBED AREAS SHALL BE
REVEGETATED AND/OR RE-ESTABLISHED.
