EXCESS EXCAVATED SOIL FROM FOUNDATION AND OTHER MASONRY STAIR WORK SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE. 8. DEBRIS AND CAST OFFS FROM CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE PROPERLY CONFINED IN A COVERED TRASH RECEPTICAL AND DISPOSED OF OFF—SITE. 9. UPON COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION, THE AFFECTED GROUND AREAS WITHIN THE WORK LIMIT AND ELSEWHERE ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS SHALL HAVE THE SOIL AMENDED WITH ORGANIC MATERIAL, BE RAKED LOOSE AND SEEDED WITH A SUITABLE COASTAL LAWN GRASS SEED MIX. 10. A BUFFER ZONE RESTORATION / MITIGATION ZONE IS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. THIS ZONE SHALL BE PLANTED WITH WOODY, NATIVE SRUBS SUCH AS HIGHBUSH BLUEBERRY, INKBERRY, WINTERBERRY OR ARROWOOD VIBURNUM IN A GENERAL PATTERN AS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. PROVIDE 3 GALLON SHRUBS MIN.
