ANY DEBRIS OR MATERIAL THAT ENTERS THE WATER DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. 12. THE EXISTING ANCHORS SHALL BE INSPECTED, PULL TESTED, EVALUATED AND RE -USED WHERE POSSIBLE.
