1. THIS PURPOSE OF THIS PLAN IS TO FILE FOR AN ORDER OF
CONDITIONS FOR AN EXISTING DOCK CONFIGURATION WHERE THE N/F
LICENSE HAS EXPIRED. THE LOWER PLATFORM IS PROPOSED TO BE
ELEVATED TO PROVIDE PROPER LATERAL PUBLIC ACCESS, AND ROBERT E. MAJEWSKI
EXPANDED FROM 5'x8" TO 8'06'. 134 BLUE ROCK ROAD
2. SITE WORK CONSISTS OF REBUILDING THE EXISTING ACCESS STAIRS SOUTH YARMOUTH, MA 02664
AND INCREASE THE WIDTH FROM 3 FEET TO 4 FEET. TWO RESTING MAP 111, PARCEL 26
LANDINGS ARE PROPOSED ALONG THE RUN FOR FOR SAFETY, THE
UPPER LANDING IS INCREASED FROM 3'x6' TO 4'x8' TO ALLOW FOR
18 INCHES MINIMUM CLEARANCE OVER THE GROUND.

1. CONSTRUCTION ACCESS SHALL BE VIA THE ACCESS ROUTE SHOWN ON THE PLAN, BOTH
OVER THE APPLICANTS PROPERTY AND FROM THE WATER.
2. THE WORK ACTIVITY SHALL OCCUPY A MINIMUM AREA TO ACCOMPLISH THE INSTALLATION
OF THE LANDINGS AND STAIRS. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS HANDLING SHALL BE IN
