THE CONSTRUCTION WORK LIMIT SHOWN ON THE PLAN SHALL BE FITTED WITH A LATH—TYPE SNOW FENCE OR OTHER DEVICE SUITABLE TO THE CONSERVATION COMMISSION FOR ACTIVITY CONTAINMENT. THE FENCE SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL WORK CEASES AND ALL AREAS HAVE BEEN RE—PLANTED. 2. ACCESS IS WHERE INDICATED ON THE PLAN. 3. UTILITY CONNECTIONS SHALL BE REMOVED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL PRIOR TO ANY STRUCTURAL ALTERATION. 4. WATER SERVICE SHALL BE LOCATED, CUT AND TERMINATED. 5.
