SITE WORK REQUIREMENT NOTES
1. THE CONSTRUCTION WORK LIMIT SHOWN ON THE PLAN SHALL BE FITTED WITH A
LATH—TYPE SNOW FENCE OR OTHER DEVICE SUITABLE TO THE CONSERVATION
COMMISSION FOR ACTIVITY CONTAINMENT. THE FENCE SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE
UNTIL WORK CEASES AND ALL AREAS HAVE BEEN RE—PLANTED.
2. ACCESS IS WHERE INDICATED ON THE PLAN.
3. UTILITY CONNECTIONS SHALL BE REMOVED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL PRIOR TO
ANY STRUCTURAL ALTERATION.
4. WATER SERVICE SHALL BE LOCATED, CUT AND TERMINATED.
5. EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM CONNECTION(S) ON THE SUBJECT BUILDING SHALL BE
RELEASED AND THE REMAINING PIPE PLUGGED. DISCONTINUED CESSPOOLS SHALL
BE REMOVED.
6. THE EXISTING SEPTIC SYSTEM COMPONENTS SERVING OTHER BUILDINGS SHALL BE
PROTECTED AS NEEDED BY THE USE OF TEMPORARY PLATES DURING ANY
EQUIPMENT OPERATION.
7. ALL DEMOLITION RELATED DEBRIS SHALL BE HANDLED AND DISPOSED OF IN
ACCORDANCE WITH SOLID WASTE HANDLING PROCEDURES AND REGULATIONS. A
COVERED ROLL—OFF OR OTHER SIMILAR BIN SHALL BE USED FOR TEMPORARY
CONTAINMENT PRIOR TO REMOVAL OFF SITE.
8. THE PATIO SHALL BE PRESERVED. THE PATIO EDGES AT THE FORMER BUILDING
BOUNDARY SHALL HAVE THE EDGE RE— WORKED AND FINISHED AS PER OWNER'S
DIRECTIVE.
9. GROUND RESTORATION: THE FORMER BUILDING LOCATION AND SURROUNDIUNG
DISTURBED AREAS SHALL BE GRADED TO MATCH ADJOINING YARD, HAVE TOPSOIL
RE—SPREAD WITH A HEAVY SEEDING OF HARD, TALL AND SHEEP FESCUE.
10.PLEASE REFER TO THE ORDER OF CONDITIONS ISSUED FOR THE PROJECT ONCE
ISSUED BY THE YARMOUTH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
