Prior to commencement ol work, this Order of Conditions must be recorded in the Registry ol
Deeds or the Land Court tor the district in which the land is located, within the chain of title o,
the aflected property. ln the case ol recorded land, the Final Order shall also be noted in the
Begistry's Grantor lndex under the name of the owner of the land subject to the Order. In the
case of registered land, lhis Order shall also be noted on the Land Court Certificate of Title ol
lhe owner ol lhe land subject to the Order ot Conditions. The recording inlormation on this page
shall be submitled to the Conservation Commission listed below.
