CONSERVATION_ REQUIREMENTS
(1. The Conservation Commission, it's agents or assigns, shall have the express right of
entry upon the job sight at all reasonable times for the purposes of establishing
"compliance" with the conditions stated herein.
(5>2. A pre -construction review shall be arranged by the contractor with the Conservation
Administrator. This review shall occur prior to any work.
03)3. Gutters and downspouts directed into adequately sized dryrwells shall be provided for woof
drainage. The Commission may also allow "drip trenches Instead of gutter systems.
cis)4. Any excess material that is excavated from the job site shall be disposed of at a
location approved by the Conservation Administrator.
