I have left several messages on your voice mail T#508-398-2231x1277 regarding Nine
Homer Avenue South Yarmouth.
Please explain the Yarmouth Community Preservation's position on soil and potential
ground water pollution. Is the pollution historic and hence of ancillary value to the Chase House
and necessary to preserve?
The sliding glass thermopane door,facing east, at the rear portion of the third section of
the historic home appear to be chronologically out of place. It is of modern aluminum
fabrication as opposed to the earlier wood frame Anderson sliding porch windows with the
telltale vacuum seal. Was a building permit issued to install the sliding door?There should be
manufacturer's production date information embossed on the slider to document historical
accuracy.
