INSPECTIONS RELATIVE TO THE QUALITY AND
QUALITATIVE OF THE WORK. THE DESIGNER IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE NOR HAS CONTROL OF CONSTRUCTION
MEANS, METHODS, TECHNIQUES, SEQUENCES, OR
PROCEDURES. MOREOVER, THE DESIGNER WILL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTRACTOR'S FAILURE TO
CARRY OUT THE WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, NOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS
OF THE CONTRACTOR, SUBCONTRACTOR, OR THEIR
AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES OR ANY OTHER PERSONS

THE GC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTIVE BARRIERS TO
BE ERECTED TO SEPARATE AREAS BEYOND THE LIMIT OF
THE CONTRACT. THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL EXISTING CONSTRUCTION AND
SHALL REPAIR ANY DAMAGE TO THE EXISTING
STRUCTURE. EXTREME CARE SHALL BE EXERCISED IN
REMOVING AND MOVING EXISTING CONSTRUCTION. ANY
INDICATION OF POSSIBLE IMPAIRMENT OF THE
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY OF THE BUILDING SHALL
INDICATE STOPPAGE OF THE WORK UNTIL THE PROBLEM
CAN BE CORRECTED IN A SUITABLE MANNER.
