Attachments: 15-Center.pdf Hello Amy 1.) The crawl space floor is at Elev 25.3. so it is above breakout elevation of 24.0.See attached.Sorry should have listed it. 2.) We got two of the inverts in the full foundation and one in the northerly crawl space. The lowest was right at the crawl space dirt floor elevation of 25.3.The length of the longest new line is 38' at 0.02= .76. (25.3-0.76= 24.54.) For safety I added in another 0.5'to give the Contractor some room into the tank with an elevation of 24.05.The reason we did not list like we normally do is that you can see what the southerly pipes do at the foundation wall but not sure as they go under the crawl space area I even added another note to the face of the plan to have Whitten confirm the three outlets outside the building prior to installation in the even that southerly line goes deeper. Do you still need a new/revised plan? ' Just reviewed this one: 1. List variance befinreen leach facility and crawl space (need 20') unless the crawl space floor is above the breakout elevation. In that case, list the crawl space floor elevation. • 2. Do you have the elevations of the three sewer lines exiting the foundation? I want to confirm there is minimum 1% pitch to the new septic tank . Everything else is ok. I will be stamping the plans with my"variance" stamp because of the crawl space setback variance. It should not be an issue to increase the existing house to 4 bedrooms, however, there are no guarantees in the future. If you don't want any variances, you will need to design something long and narrow. Call or email me with questions or comments. , Thanks, Amy Amy L.von Hone, R.S., C.H.O.
