It appears that the room labelled as an office on the 2"a floor still meets the definition of bedroom under the Title 5 regs. In order for our office to approve the septic system installation, either a bedroom/office needs to be renovated to provide a minimum 4' cased opening to eliminate the door or the septic system needs to be increased to a 4 bedroom capacity. I spoke with your engineer this afternoon and he was going to contact you with the same information. I also left a message on your cell phone. Your design is for a 3 bedroom, however, the floor plan recently submitted is for a 4 bedroom house. This lot is not restricted to number of bedrooms based on Zone II. You may want to confirm with your client the number of bedrooms and the configuration (the assessors records also show 3 bedrooms).
