This provision must be complied with within three months from the expiration date listed on your current certificate. Inspection of other applicable life safety items will be conducted as in previous years. The issuance of a new certificate, however, will be subject to the receipt of the engineer's report. Finally, applications and fees must be received within ten (10) days of receipt of this letter.
