This Certificate Certifies That the Egresses Are Sufficient for the Above
Number of Persons and is Subject to the Following Conditions, Vim:
No change in the means of exit, means of extinguishing fire, or any change in the use, or otherwise, shall be made
in the premises unless notice is given in writing to the Inspector in whose district it is located, and a new certificate issued.
The.means of extinguishing fire in the premises must be kept in good order and ready for instant use.
All seats in the auditorium and galleries shall be securely fastened to the floor or otherwise secured in place.
Decorations and draperies consisting of inflammable material shall not be used, except in accordance with Section
28, Chapter 148, General Laws.
All aisles, passageways and exits to be kept free and unobstructed at all times.
All exits to be plainly designated, and all egresses must be lighted when an audience is in the hall.
The licensee shall comply with all the requirements of the laws of this Commonwealth governing the building or
entertainments.
This certificate must be posted in a conspicuous place'near the main entrance.
Any failure to comply with these conditions will be considered cause for the revocation of this certificate.
