Hi Sue-
FYI —this septic system approval had an expiration date of December 12, 2016 for the BOH variances that
were granted. Our office will extend that deadline, however, the system needs to be installed by the end of
February, 2017. If it isn't, the owner will be required to renew the variances through another formal BOH
hearing. Let us know if you don't think PKM can meet the deadline and we will contact the owner.
Also, please advise your crew that this project does require several inspections by the engineer. The
inspection notes are listed on the plan. I am approving your installation permit this afternoon and will mail it to
you unless we hear from you.
