SEPTIC SYSTEM NOTES
— CONTACT OFFICE (508)--432-2878 A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS PRIOR TO START OF PROJECT.
— EROSION CONTROL BARRIER IS TO BE INSTALLED, AS SHOWN, PRIOR TO THE START OF EXCAVATION.
— EXISTING SEWER ELEVATION IS TO BE VERIFIED PRIOR TO THE INSTALLATION OF NEW SYSTEM COMPONENTS.
— REPLACE SEWER LINE BACK TO ORIGINAL CAST IRON AS NEEDED. INSTALL 4" PVC CLEAN OUT TO GRADE BETWEEN
DWELLING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK.
— EXISTING CESSPOOLS ARE TO BE PUMPED AND FILLED OR REMOVED ALONG WITH ALL CONTAMINATED SOILS WITHIN
5' OF PROPOSED SAS.
— A 5' UNSUITABLE SOIL OVER—DIG IS REQUIRED TO MIN. EL. 30.9 (MEDIUM SAND). DESIGNER SHALL BE NOTIFIED
FOR INSPECTION PRIOR TO PLACEMENT OF TITLE 5 FILL. THE PROPOSED SAS IS IN THE FOOTPRINT OF A
FORMER IN—GROUND POOL AREA.
