At the time of inspection, it was noted that the disposal works construction permit was issued on July 28, 1987. Inasmuch as disposal works construction permits in the Town of Yarmouth are valid for six(6) months only, then this permit must be reapplied for. Therefore, until the above has been accomplished, this office has no choice but to deny any approval for issuance of the occupancy permit.
