GENERAL NOTES:

REPLACE WITH CLEAN SAND AS SPECIFIED IN 310 CMR 255(3).
12. AREAS REQUIRING STRIPOUT OF UNSUITABLE MATERIALS SHALL BE
INSPECTED BY DESIGN ENGINEER PRIOR TO BACKFILL.
