FROM THOSE SHOWN HEREON SHALL BE REPORTED TO THE DESIGN
ENGINEER BEFORE CONSTRUCTION CONTINUES,
5. ALL ELEVATIONS BASED ON AN ASSIGNED DATUM.
6. THE DESIGN ENGINEER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FAILURE OF

NOT CONSIDERED TO BE A PROPERTY LINE SURVEY.
14. USE OF THE EXISTING SEPTIC TANK IS SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF
