the prwisions of Regulation of Title 5 of the State F�►viroa�mental
Code and/or Sectioai 3.7 of the Zbwii of Yarnr.yuth Amendiments for Subsurface
Disposal of Sewage.
Havin� determined that strict enforcement of the abwe Regulations in this in- �
stance w�uld do manifest injustice, and further, that y�our rerniested variance �
does not vonflict with the spirit of the State Enviror�nental Code or the Regu- ��
lations of the ZbHm of Yarnn�uth AmP.nchnents, the variance is hereby granted on `
