Dear Bruce:
Coastai Engineering Company, Inc. performed inspections of the sewage disposal system installed at the above-
referenced location throughout construction. Multiple inspections were made after various portions of the sewage
disposal system components had been installed and backfilled, but prior to final covering. Final Clearwater tests of
the pumps and pressure dosed leaching fields were performed in the presence of Bruce Murphy and Amy Von ,
Home(Health Department)on 6/20/2014. '
Based upon our inspections,we determined that the soil absorption system was installed in substantial compliance ',
with the plans prepared by Coastal Engineering Co., Inc., as revised S/6/2014. �
We trust that this letter and the attached"Sewage Disposal System to Service Units C-H As BuilY', dated June 30,
2014,wilf allow the Department to issue the Disposal Works Construction Permit Certificate of Compliance. If you
