To Whom it may Concern, We are writing in response to a request from our neighbors,The Jumper Family,at 7 Paine Road South Yarmouth. Afer our inquiry with your health department director, Bruce Murphy, and our own research we have concerns for the Jumpers to keep chickens. They have asked to keep up to 10 chickens without a rooster in an enclosed coop. Our consent is contingent upon the receipt of a plot plan showing the location of the coop and its enclosed fencing to contain the chickens on the Great Western side of their properry, not on the side of the propertyine between us. We also request the placement of her compost on the Great Western side, away from our property line. We do not agree to the chickens being free to range and even enclosed,we are concerned about the interaction between the farm animals and our pets and the disturbance the chickens may cause. We reserve the right to withdraw consent if the interactions between our pets and the chickens disturb our neighbors. We are also concerned that other neighbors in close proximity have not been informed or asked for their consen Regards, Jorge and Karen Mendoza 15 Paine Road South Yarmouth, MA 02664
