A couple of items with the design:

1. Need to add a note that engineer to confirm minimum 4' suitable soil below leach facility prior to '
construction
2. Tank needs to be H20 since it is greater than 3' below grade also ��,��vi����� � ;��
Design Flow/Floor Plan:
1. The property is assessed for 3 bedroom with an unfinished basement.
2. The property is located within the Zone II and is not large enough for 4 bedrooms, especially if the �
basement bedroom and bath were done without permits. i
3. I can't find any past building permits for the basement work. '
4. The owner can oversize the leach facility, however, the plan will need to list existing 3 bedroom in the
flow estimate. ;
5. The owner will need to provide documentation that the finished basement was permitted, otherwise, a ',
building permit will need to be pulled and the wall opened up in the basement bedroom.
I thought you mentioned you were dealing the son. He may want to speak with Bruce directly to determine
what Bruce will allow under the existing circumstances. (Bruce is involved with this job because he spoke with
the installer yesterday when the paperwork was dropped off for review and approval and wanted it asap
because the system was overflowing.)
