The Contractor is Required to Secure Appropriate Permits From Town Agencies For Construction Defined by This Plan. 3. Wherever Sewer Lines Must Cross Water Supply Lines Both Lines Shall Be Constructed of Class 150 Pressure Pipe and Shall be Water Tested to Assure Watertightness. In General, Water Lines Shall be Constructed in Coordination With Yarmouth Water, and Shall be in Accordance With 248 CAM 1.00 - 7.00 & 310 CAM 15.00. 4. It is the Engineer's Recommendation that H-20 Always be Used. 6. Install Watertight Risers and Covers to Within 6" of Finished Grade . Over Septic Tank Inlet, U, and Outlet, D -Box, and Two Leaching Chamber. All covers are to be maximum 18" for concrete or 24" Cast Iron. 7. Septic System to be Installed in Accordance With 310 CMR 15.00 & 248 CMR 1.00 - 7.00 Latest Revision and the Town of Yarmouth Board ofHealth Regulations. 8. All Piping to be Sch. 40 PVC. 9. D -Box Shall Have a Minimum Inside Dimension of 12", and a Minimum Sump of 6". 10. Septic Tank Shall be a 2,000 Gallon, with 2 Compartments. First Compartment Shall Have a Volume of Not Less Thank 1,320 Gallons and the Second of Not Less than 660 Gallons. The Compartments Shall be Interconnected by a Minimum 4" 0 Vented Inverted U -Shaped Pipe with a Gas Baffle on the Outlet. 11. The Separation Distance Between the Septic Tank Inlets and Outlets Shall be No Less than the Liquid Depth.
