Our mission will be to provide the finest, freshest coffee available (whole bean, ground or in the cup) in a clean, relaxing, warm and friendly environment. To accomplish this we intend to _roast coffee beans on the premises. * Seeattached. Our ancillary menu will include European style sandwiches madefrom a variety of fresh-baked breads, filled with premium meats, cheeses and vegetables, with a touch of fresh herbsand spices. The soup of the day will be hot and/or cold, hearty and satisfying. Freshly made fruit and vegetable salads will be a complement. A complete selection of fancy desserts, cakes, pastries, chocolates, gelato and other special treats will be offered. At the start of the day, Deli -style bagels, muffins, danish, scones and croissants will be available. Beverages will include: coffee, espresso, capuccino, tea, cocoa, mineral water, soda, citrus and vegetable juices made to order by the cup. The location we are seeking must be attractive - if we're lucky one with charm and character, such as wide pine floors, beamed ceilings, a garden patio etc... We plan to create a home like ambience - prints on the walls, attractive color schemes and curtains, flowers and dried arrangements, newspapers to read while sipping *fresh brewed coffees and teas. (No chrome chairs and plastic flowers.) We need a location with either good foot or auto traffic - nice if both were available, parking for up to 25 cars, proper zoning and good to excellent demographics. Space requirements are 1500 to 2000 square feet on street level. Town water and sewer are a plus. It should be noted that an existing restaurant or coffee shop can be considered on a buy out basis. Please be assured that we will operate an upscale shop which will be an attractive addition to any area- a hit with the year round residents and destination for tourists.
