At present, all sanitary waste is generated on the first floor level. Our client does not propose to change the number of bedrooms in the dwelling and, ' subsequently, is not proposing to alter the existing sewage disposal system. The Disposal Works Permit and our field � research indicates that the existing sewage disposal system � consists of a 1, 000 gallon septic tank, distribution box, and 1,000 gallon leach pit with stone. j � � As required by 310 CMR 15.09 ( 1) of Title 5 of the State � Environmental Code, we are requesting approval by the Department of Quality Engineering to install a sewage pump as outlined above.
