1 . THE LOCATION OF EXISTING UNDERGROUND UTILITIES SHOWN ON THIS PLAN IS
APPROXIMATE. PRIOR TO ANY EXCAVATION ON THIS SITE, THE EXCAVATING
CONTRACTOR SHALL MAKE THE REQUIRED 72 HOUR NOTIFICATION TO DIG SAFE
(1-888-344-7233) AND ANY OTHER UTILITIES WHICH MAY HAVE CABLE, PIPE OR
EQUIPMENT IN THE CONSTRUCTION AREA FOR VERIFICATION OF LOCATIONS.
2. ALL CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS, COMPONENTS, AND METHODS EMPLOYED ON THIS
PROJECT WORK SHALL CONFORM TO THE TOWN SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS
AND/OR THE MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS STANDARD
SPECIFICATIONS FOR BRIDGES AND HIGHWAYS AS AMENDED TO PRESENT.
ALL SEPTIC WORK AND MATERIALS TO CONFORM TO 310 CMR 15.00 TITLE 5.
AND TOWN HEALTH REGULATIONS.
3. NOTIFY ENGINEERING DEPT. FOR INSPECTIONS OF ROADWAY COMPACTION/FILL.
ROAD OPENING PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL
PERMITS/SAFETY.
4. NOTE THAT CONSTRUCTION OF THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM REQUIRES REMOVAL OF
UNSUITABLE SOIL. UNSUITABLE SOIL SHALL BE REMOVED TO ITS MAXIMUM DEPTH
FROM UNDER AND WITHIN 5' OF THE PROPOSED LEACHING COMPONENTS AND REPLACED
WITH CLEAN SAND MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF 310CMR 15.255 (3). OWNER'S
ENGINEER TO INSPECT SOIL CONDITIONS AND REMOVAL DURING CONSTRUCTION.

BE USED FOR PROPERTY LINE STAKING.

8. DRAINAGE COMPONENTS NOT TO BE BACKFILLED OR CONCEALED WITHOUT

9. ALL FILL TO BE PLACED IN LIFTS AND ROLLED WITH
A 10 TON VIBRATORY ROLLER TO ACHIEVE 95% MAX. DRY DENSITY
IN ACCORDANCE WITH ASTM -1557, METHOD "D"
10. ALL STORMWATER RUNOFF TO BE RETAINED ON SITE.
11. COORDINATE UTILITY INSTALLATIONS/REMOVALS WITH APPROPRIATE VENDORS.
12. PARKING LOT LIGHTING SHALL NOT CAUSE GLARE FOR MOTORISTS, PEDESTRIANS
OR NEIGHBORING PREMISES. 301.4.10 25' MAX. POLE HT., BURIED ELECTRIC SERVICE.
