You have a setback variance listed on the plan but there is plenty of room to shift the leach facility 2' to eliminate the variance. I will need the plan revised to eliminate the variance (shift leach 2' south, change setback measurements, eliminate the variance listed in the General Notes). For some reason I didn't think this was required since there was no reduction to groundwater and 330 GPD was provided. Barnstable only requires it if a 220 GPD design flow is proposed.
