The Yannout�'� Board of Health h�s received your application for a Variance fran
the provisions of Regulation of Tit1e 5 of the State Envirornnental
Code and/or Section 3.7 of the Town of Yazmouth Amencanents for Subsurface
Disposal of Sewage.
Havin� determined tha.t strict enforce.mexit of the above Reclulations in t�is in- '
stance would do manifest injustice, and further, t'za.t your requested variance
dces not conflict with the spirit of -the State Environmental Code or the Regu- ;
lations of the Tawn of Ya�nouth Amendments, the variance is hereby granted on
this date September 2. 1987 , as follows:
. To allow the top of the foundation to be 1.? feet above the high point of '
the fronting road. This is a total variance of 0.3 feet. Top of `
foundation 101.7 feet. All elevations of the septic system to remain the �
: same.
You must provide a 3/4 inch :�egative grade for fifteen feet surrounding the '
foundation.

You are hereby advised -that the variance c�ranted herein will expire in 90 days ;
frcgn date of issue unless all work autY�.orized ]�� said variance has been cor�pleted
prior to the date of expiration.
In granting this variance the Tawn of Yazmouth will not be resnonsible for any
water damage to the foundation, septic syst�n or adjoining lots ;
