GENERAL NOTES:
1. EXISTING CONDITIONS ARE A COMPILATION OF FIELD SURVEY PERFORMED BY PERIMETER
LAND SERVICES ON JANUARY 27, 2000 AND VHB DESIGN INFORMATION.
2. THIS PLAN SUPERSEDES THE SITE PLAN FOR KING'S WAY PHASE 5C AS SUBMITTED
