METHODS SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH TITLE 5 OF THE
STATE ENVIRONMENTAL CODE, 310 C.M.R. 15.000, AND
ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH RULES AND
REGULATIONS.
2. ANY CHANGES TO THIS PLAN MUST BE APPROVED BY THE
LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH AND THE DESIGN ENGINEER
