Dear Brian:
Coastal Engineering Company, Inc. performed inspections of the sewer connections and grease trap installed at
the above referenced lo�ation during construction.
Based upon our inspections, we determined that the sewer connections and grease trap are installed in
substantial compliance with tfie plan prepared by Coastal Engineering Company, Inc., dated November Z8, 2016.
However, please note that due to site conditions, the location of the new sewer pipe (from the grease trap)
connection to the existing sewer system was made directly onto the existing 8° dia. sewer collection pipe. A
cleanout was installed to provide access to this connection shouid it be needed for future maintenance. An as-
built plan showing this field adjustment is enclosed for reference.
We trust that this letter and the attached Sewer Connection As-Built Plan dated July 6, 2017, will allow the
Department to issue a Certificate of Compliance. If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call us
directly.
