A couple of items to ask you:
;��1. You have enough room to shift the leach field the minimum 10'from the rear property line and still meet
the minimum 20' from the foundation.
� �2. On page 2, the system profile lists "No Groundwater TPit#1 under the leach field. "No" should be
�,J Adjusted .
3. I thought you had perced the lower portion of the B horizon to avoid a stripout. If you had an 18" deep
perc hole, your measurements for the perc test would be 32"—50"which would place the perc test into
the bottom portion of the B. Show the perc test into the B horizon, otherwise you will need to label a 5'
stripout of the Fill, A, B horizons.
4. I have attached a 2 Bedroom Deed Restriction Application for you to complete and return to our office.
