If this is an existing 2 bedroom home, it will require a 2 bedroom deed restriction because of the 1' variance to groundwater. #18 next door has a deed restriction because of the groundwater variance and the leach facility size 224 gpd. The only revision on the plan is either page 2 or 3 needs to specify pump chamber to be waterproofed. We will also need a floor plan. You also have 2 sheet 2's. Call or email with questions. I took elevation higher on slope where the test hole was performed. I am showing 1/2 the adjustment due to the proximity of the property to a tidally influenced water body. I am requesting a 1 ft reduction to 4 ft separation. This will bring the finish grade slightly above the concrete bulkhead elevation. (0.2'). Please let me know if this sounds acceptable to you.
