Hi Jason-
I had emailed you in May, 2016 regarding some revisions on this plan — I hadn't received a Title 5 application
yet from the installer. I have since received a Title 5 application but the plans submitted with the package have
not been revised. I am not sure if you received the original email. I have summarized below the questions
from my email in May:
L�1. Perc Test date is March 31, 2016
'�/2. It appears you are designing the minimum 3 bedroom per Title 5 and requesting a 25% reduction. This
will avoid our office requiring a 2 bedroom deed restriction, however, the design calcs. should specify
�/ the minimum 3 bedroom design. "Exising 1 Bedroom, Minimum 3 Bedroom Design"
Label the Benchmark.
�. 4. Provide an inspection port on the leach field.
�5. Depending on what type of pump float you are proposing, it will be difficult to set a 1" dose for the pump
cycle. Would it make sense to design for the minimum 3 bedroom dose which will be easier to set and
will meet the minimum 3 bedroom design?
