every meeting at least 48 hours prior to such meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays.

PETITION #4700: 19 Cheyenne Lane, Yarmouthport, Maureen Carrita and Hannah Carrita.
Per Health Department records, the existing family related apartment was originally approved by the Health
Department on April 25, 2000. Subsequently, the existing septic system was upgraded to a current Title 5
septic system designed for a maximum capacity of 5 bedrooms on May 23, 2001. Prior to occupancy of the
Family Related Apartment, the Health Department will require full review of the application including
confirmation that the existing number of bedrooms for the entire property does not exceed 5 bedrooms.
PETITION #4701: 45 Frost Avenue, West Yarmouth, Brian and Denise Schroeck.
Per Health Department records, the existing family related apartment was originally approved by the Health
Department on January 31, 2005. Subsequently, the existing septic system was upgraded to a current Title 5
septic system designed for a maximum capacity of 5 bedrooms on December 20, 2013. Prior to occupancy of
the Family Related Apartment, the Health Department will require full review of the application including
confirmation that the existing number of bedrooms for the entire property does not exceed 5 bedrooms.
