Hi Terry-
I am in receipt of the revised plans and the deed restriction application, however, the most important revision
hasn't been made yet. The plan view still states "Existing 3 Bedrooms" and this is an existing 2 bedroom
dwelling. This is an important distinction to make since this property is in the Zone II. Please call me if you
have different information.
I will start the deed restriction process with the owners and the owners' attorney in the meantime.

Just reviewed this plan and have a couple of comments: i

1. The assessor records and the floor plan submitted b Ellis Bros. show this as an existin 2 bedroom

and our lan states it is an existing 3 bedroom. �

. restriction if it is an existing 2 bedroom. I have attached a blank Deed Restriction application for �
- you/the owner to complete and return to our office for processing, if needed.
2. Since you have a setback variance to the front property line, I want to make sure the water main in the
� street is the minimum 10'from the proposed leaching facility. I have attached a copy of the GIS map '
that shows the water main on the opposite side of the street. Either show the water main with the '
minimum 10' separation from the closest edge of leach facility or add a note to the plan stating "Water
main minimum 10'from proposed leach facility".

Just reviewed this plan and have a couple of comments:
