Grandfathered for 2 bedroom because it is old code, designed for 2 bedroom (leach capacity is oversized but
that doesn't count based on the Title 5 application), and "2" is the number of bedrooms listed on the Title 5
application. I spoke with the buyer at the beginning of the week and gave him the same information.

We have a potential client who is looking to purchase the property at 45 Squirrel Run Road.
It is an existing 2 bedroom dwelling but he would like to do some interior renovations to create a 3`d bedroom. The
existing system has passed inspection and was originally designed for a 3 bedroom capacity back in 1983. '
Would he need to upgrade his leaching to accommodate the 3�d bedroom?The site is not located in a Zone II.
