Furnish and install a new(H-10)26�l�gallon two compartment septic tank/pump chamber
with pump system,(H-10)disl�*�ibution box, 14—ADS Arc 36 low profile leach chambers
in an 11'4"W x 20'L x 3.$'�D l�ar.Iung area,remo���l of unsuitable soil to elevation 7 and
replacement sand up to lOb�ul�ic yards and poly liner,connect to exisdng sewer line.
:NC: Permit fee,tree and ctu�p removal,pumping at time of repair and removal of existing
cesspools, all material and la�or,backfill and grade,removal of excess fill,re-loam and
seed disturbed grass area.
NOTES: Shed to be remaved bv ott�ers prior to mobilizahon. If encountered,removal of
unsuitable soil and repla�emP��sand over amount quoted above would be an extra cost.
Existing electric servic��ss��nied adequate to opera�e new pump system. If an upgrade
is required,it would be:�n adctitional charge. We are not responsible for repairs to
driveway due to heavy xni��*,�Affic,irrigation repairs to sprinkler systems or any other
underground devices. T'op�i���nd seed will be applied once; however,guarantee of growth
