releasing their rights and interest in Lots 1 and 2 as shown on the �
plan.

Together with and granting to the grantees herein, their heirs,
successors and assigns, the right to pass and repass over the dirt
drive as shown on said plan for a distance of 98.84 feet over the
panhandle area as shown thereon, said panhandle being a portion of
Lot 2 . Said access and easement rights shall be for ingress,
egress and the installation and maintenance of the usual utilities.
