I am approving the plan, however, I have added a 40 ml polyliner between the foundation and the leach trench
due to the setback variance. Liner to be placed 5' off leach and set at Top: EL. 95.1 and Bottom: EL. 94.0
(miminum bottom of foundation slab floor).
I will also need a floor plan prior to releasing the permit.
