I am forwarding the information to the County again to get the system registered properly. I do not have any copies of testing or services in my file. I am guessing this is one of the systems Siegmund Environmental is having trouble with uploading data to the County system. Quarterly sampling should have started in 2013. Unless the owner can provide proof of the required minimum sampling from Siegmund Environmental, they will need to provide 3 years worth before requesting the reduction. If there is any indication in your records of how many service events have been completed for the system,that would be very helpful in determining when a reduction can be requested. Unfortunately the County database doesn't have a mechanism yet to allow new operators of a system access to previous work at that system. I have attached the approval letter issued for the property. I believe the only change from our original approval letter is the owner won't need to request a reduction in testing to DEP, only our office per the most current DEP Provisional approval letter when they have satisfied ' their 36 months.
