The soil test indicates a <8 min/inch perc rate. There are no sieve analysis results with the plan. Based , ` on other soil and percolation results in the neighborhood, our office is expecting a <2 min/inch perc rate of the C1 coarse sand horizon. ,' ` ., Was the wetland delineated to the rear of the property and what is the setback from the rear property ; ' 1 line and/or proposed leach facility? l (' 3. Per the Yarmouth GIS drainage layer, there appears to be a drainage pipe connecting the drainage system on Hoover Rd into the drain pipe on Jefferson Avenue. Please confirm and show the Hoover Rd drainage line and the setback from the proposed leach facility. If the Jefferson Ave. drainage system empties into the wetlands (Hawes Run), a variance from the local regulation may be needed and should be listed on the plan. ' 4. A review of the surrounding septic upgrades has shown approval of half of the groundwater adjustment ' ^ and a 4' separation to groundwater. These finro variances will be approved for this property also. ' Please review the above comments and address them as needed. Thanks, Amy Amy L.von Hone, R.S., C.H.O. I focated the wetlands near the property, but there is also a waterway marked on the state GIS called Hawes Run. It appears to run from the wetland through the property and on through the neighboring properties. In the field I see a dry ditch behind the property but no other sign of it. Could this be a historic drainage ditch no longer in use or is there likely to be something underground? See attached screenshot.
