Hi Chad,
As we discussed,this is the problem I encountered:
An old license would not allow me to renew,so as I had been instructed in previous years, I created a new license record
to renew off of for next year's license. The new license record number is BOHF-17-0496.
I went through the renewal process for BOHF-17-0496 to create a renewal record with the suffix-01 to signify the
renewal is for 2018. What was created instead was another NEW record application with the number BOHF-17-0499,
AND it's showing as an ACA record. I cannot use this as a renewal record for 2018.
If you need additional information, let me know.
