QUIKRETE NON -SHRINK GENERAL PURPOSE GROUT AND ALLOWED TO CURE FOR NO LESS
THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE APPLYING ANY LOAD TO THE BRACKET.
19. ENGINEERING STAMP IS FOR DESIGN OF PILES ONLY, WITH CONDITIONS AS SHOWN ON THIS
SHEET.
20. THE ENGINEER DOES NOT CERTIFY PILE INSTALLATION UNTIL ADEQUATE DRIVE LOGS AND
PHOTOS ARE SUBMITTED TD THE ENGINEER, AND A LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE HAS BEEN
ISSUED.
21. CENTERLINE OF PILE IS TO BE NO MORE THAN 3' FROM THE LOCATION SHOWN WITH WRITTEN
