The purpose of the review was to establish compliance of the completed project with the approved design plans entitled"Yarmouth Buck Island Road°, Site No:"MA1296'1, Rev.4: Dated 03/09/18, by Advanced Engineering Group, PC, and applicable provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code/International Building Code. It should be noted that this review was limited to the installation of proposed AT&T equipment only. It is my opinion,that any minor deviation from the design plans do not endanger the intended function of the facility or the safety of the public.This letter is not intended to relieve any party responsible for building construction from meeting the requirements imposed by contract or other means, including commonly accepted industry practices.
