HomeMy WebLinkAboutRE 14 Buttercup Lane YarmouthHi Robin,
I looked at the plan in the Conservation office.
The altering appeared to be in pencil or pen.
I would not accept for the obvious reason that it was not drawn by the professional where the plan originated.
My opinion, and I see it a lot, is that the applicant wants to get an idea if the project will go through before spending the money for a full set.
Talk soon,
Mark

Craig,
Apparently last night while you and I were in Dennis Conservation, Mr. Paul Llanes was in front of the Yarmouth Conservation Commission with a plan that had your and my stamps on it.
Said plan had been modified to show a proposed deck (at minimum). I have not seen the plan but have talked to Dawn at Yarmouth Conservation, who confirmed the Commission had approved
the plan last evening.
The Building Commissioner would not accept the plan, because he recognized that it was not your or my work. Mr. Llanes called this morning and admitted to altering our work. He was not
straight forward about what had happened, so I suggested he collect his thoughts and call me back. He declined and tried to bull his way through. I then suggested he contact somebody
else.
Robin
Kelly,
This is called fraud.
