2. All interior partitions shall be 4" metal studs @ 24" .o.c. unless noted on the drawings. Finish
shall be 1/2" blueboard with thin coat plaster. Ceilings shall have a sand finish.
3. Attic access shall be rough framed to accommodate a future pull-down stair (22"x48"). In fill

4. All bathrooms shall have exhaust fans to exterior.
5. All exterior doors shall be Brosco insulated steel with combination screen/storm doors. Sizes �Y
