Hi Kelly.
l'm planning to attend the 2 PM on-site Thursday. Kerry Sullivan of DIG lT Construction is trying to attend also. Kerry is
the sand supplier from his South Dennis outwash plain source. I have sampled and tested his material. Very nice, clean,
light-colored medium sand with no stones or pebbles. Needs no screening. ln any case the sand delivery and placement
will be supervised by both Joe and me.

Hi Bob
Great to hear a resolution has been reached. The CBA has contacted me to conduct a pre-nourishment meeting for the
right-of-way nourishment, so we can cover off both areas at the same time. I would like to see documented the sieve
analysis and confirmation from the supplier of the volume of sand supplied, as well as the staking of the nourishment
area prior to starting.
I think we have a tentative meeting date of next Thursday afternoon for the meeting, but I am waiting for CBA to
confirm.

The Weypet LTD. Partnership and the CBA representatives would like to initiate an April beach nourishment exercise for a
deposit of approx. 50 c.y. distributed in the sand zone above high water fronting the stone revetment. This is the zone
shown on the permit plan for additional beach nourishment Mout any dredging or work in the waterway.
I think CBA will also be approaching you to simultaneously add some sand within the 40 ft. right of way. We want to
coordinate all work to occur at the same time and by the same contractor.
Wanted to alert you their collective interest in doing this work and see about any pre-work arrangements.

Hi Kelly,
The folks involved with the proceedings at Crowell Road have gone into the ceremonial tent, smoked the peace pipe and
are now at a point where they have agreement on the notion of cooperative beach management.
