RE:19 Doherty Lane-Great Island Ocean Club
Mr.Gryllis,
It has come to our attention the owners of this property may attempt to add a garage/structure to the
side of their property.
With this property being on the most heavily traveled and walked corner of our community,with small
children walking and riding bikes on a daily basis,we are extremely concerned.
This is addition to the motor vehicle issues seeing around the corner.
Any structure which infringed on the Town of Yarmouth required zoning setbacks such as this would
further impede visibility around this highly traveled corner and endanger us as homeowners,our
children/grandchildren and the constant flow of renter's children.
Although we understand their builder has a strong relationship within the building department,our
group would adamantly oppose any exception to the required setbacks for a corner lot.
We thank you in advance for enforcing our towns setback rules and avoiding any exceptions
compromising public safety.
